FirstRanking.com’s beta is intentionally light on data collection. Optional analytics loads only after consent; there are no advertising trackers, behavioral profiles or form databases.
What this site collects
FirstRanking.com does not currently offer user accounts, comments, subscriptions or contact forms. Optional Google Analytics is offered to measure page views, ordinary engagement, approximate location, device type, referring source and contact-link clicks. It is not downloaded and sends no Analytics data unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising and personalization signals remain off, and text entered into site tools is never sent to Google Analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Privacy choices.”
Routine hosting information
Like most websites, the hosting and network providers that deliver this site may process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamp and security events—to serve pages, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
The snippet preview tool
Text entered into the snippet preview is processed locally in your web browser. FirstRanking.com does not transmit or store that draft. The copy button uses your browser’s clipboard capability only when you activate it.
If you email Ciaran, the information you provide will be used to read and respond to the message, maintain relevant records and protect against abuse. Do not send sensitive personal, financial or health information.
